An early crepe paper Halloween party hat (c. 1920s) made in Germany with terrific graphics. It is in very good condition consistent with its age. There are a couple of minor tears on one side and at the bottom, notable but not material. In the photo the end of the broom is folded over, but it is intact and will be straightened and protected when we ship. The hat measures approximately 11-1/2 inches long x approx. 7 inches wide.
