Vintage Irwin Celluloid Plastic Santa Toy Figure Decoration Christmas

An early plastic/celluloid Irwin Santa toy figure from the 1930s-1940s, made in the U.S.A., with incredible detail. He is carrying a gift basket in his left hand and has a sack slung over his right shoulder which has two realistic baby dolls in it. This toy or decoration measures approximately 7 inches high. He stands on his original cardboard base. In very good condition consistent with its age with a few minor nicks and some small random paint scratches; no material imperfections or damage.
