Amber Glass Victorian Sash Brooch JHP Rhinestones Leaves

Wonderful transitional antique sash brooch from the Victorian Art Nouveau era. The brooch has a floral design with the center an oval open back faceted honey amber glass stone. The berries of the piece are rich amber rhinestones with detailed leaves spreading out over the frame. Oval in shape, the frame is scalloped on the inside and the outer rim. Hallmarked on the back JHP, the brooch measures 2-3/4 inches and has a secure c-clasp with straight pin. Very good condition with no verdigris to the rich brass frame. Circa 1900.
