This is an exceptional Gutta Percha Victorian bracelet with a center medallion decorated with high relief cherries and foliage. It was meant for a dainty wrist. The band is adjustable, and has about 1 inch of easy give to it at the back of the overlapping band. We highly recommend not forcing a large hand through it. It was suggested to us by a Victorian dealer that it be run under warm water first to give it some additional flexibility. The bracelet measures approximately 2 inches across the opening without stretching the band. The centerpiece measures approx. 2 inches x 1-1/2 inches. An unusual and highly collectible piece.
