Early 20th C Celluloid Rose Cluster Floral Pendant on Ribbon

Early 20th C plastic/celluloid floral pendant on a ribbon. The ribbon measures approx. 25 inches total (12-1/2 inches each side of the ribbon), and the pendant drop measures an additional 3-1/8 inches. The pendant itself measures approx. 1-1/2 inches across. It is constructed with a metal filigree background with a hand painted starburst design in the center surrounding a cluster of three-dimensional roses. The pendant is in excellent vintage condition with some fraying on the end of the ribbon that attaches to the jump ring; notable but not glaring.
